The Moreton Bay Colleges’ Foundation Sports Networking Luncheon will be held on Friday, 3 November 2023, at the Queensland Cricketers’ Club, Gabba Towers.
The luncheon promises to be a memorable occasion, featuring two engaging speakers from the sporting realm:
Shannon Parry OAM, Moreton Bay College Old Girl, 2016 Rio Olympic Games Gold Medalist (Rugby 7s), ASICS Ambassador, Rugby Union Players Association (Board Member) and International Rugby Union Players Association (7s Delegate)
2022 Commonwealth Games Champion (Discus), 2023 Diamond League Champion, 2016 Rio Olympic Games and 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games athlete, NOVA Radio Host and Griffith University Business Student
Shannon and Matt will share insights on career pathways for women in sport, equality in the sports industry, and the 2032 Olympic Games.
Tickets are $170 per person and include an exquisite two-course meal, a three-hour beverage package, raffles, lucky door prizes and more.
